What you will find along the route
The official modpack of the Cobblemon mod, built on Fabric for Minecraft 1.21.1. You catch, train and battle Pokemon from generations 1 to 9 inside the Minecraft world, alone or with friends on a shared server.
Catch, train and evolve
Capture Pokemon from generations 1 to 9, level them up, unlock moves and evolve them when you decide. Alpha Pokemon, fossils and ancient structures give you reasons to explore.
Showdown battles
Battles run on the Pokemon Showdown engine, so competitive mechanics behave the way players expect. You can move freely during a battle and still build, mine or fight mobs.
Built for shared worlds
Trade and battle with friends, ride your Pokemon across the map, and let them roam in pastures. Berries can be grown, mulched and cross-bred into new varieties.

Wild spawns, battles and a shared overworld all run on the server tick.
Every Pyro Minecraft server runs on an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X with NVMe storage, behind DDoS protection, with 128 backup slots.
Spawn and entity load
Wild Pokemon spawn alongside vanilla mobs, and every player adds more loaded chunks. An AMD Ryzen 9 9950X keeps the main server thread fast when many players are exploring at once.
Battle processing
Each battle is calculated server-side by the Showdown engine. High single-core speed matters here, because several simultaneous battles share the same tick budget.
Chunk loading from NVMe
Players riding Pokemon cover ground quickly and keep asking for new chunks. NVMe storage serves region files fast, and 128 backup slots let you snapshot a world before a big expansion.
Cobblemon Server Hosting Plans

Cobblemon Server FAQ
Hungry for more info? Our FAQ is here to fill the gaps with clear answers to the questions we get asked most.
Footnotes
- Nodes feature 10 Gbps uplinks to the Internet, delivering "warp-speed" throughput.
- Regional ping averages are ~65 ms to our datacenters, ensuring "ultra-low" latency.
- The AMD Ryzen 9950X is our standard processor across all regions. In rare cases where the 9950X is unavailable, we deploy only equivalent AM5 processors with boost clocks matching or exceeding the 9950X that we've benchmarked to ensure no noticeable performance difference. Our systems maintain maximum boost speeds continuously, ensuring you always receive 9950X-level performance.
